Good Morning Carl,
i am using XenApp7.15. Several time I am unable to logoff disconnected client session from XenApp Studio console. when i RDP in to server desktop disconnected client session was not showing in task manager.
only thing that I need to put the server in MM and get it rebooted.
Any PowerShell command you know to forcefully logoff disconnected client session from Studio console?
Thank you
Does restarting the Citrix Desktop Service help?
What cumulative update are you running?
Hi Carl, Hope you are doing good. Need help please.
We are getting the following error when we enter the Storefront url (website url for receiver) in Citrix receiver version 19.3.0.4(1903), 7.15LTSR cu3.
Error : “Your apps are not available at this time. Please try again in a few minutes or contact your help desk with this information: Cannot contact Store”
While using the url from browsers it works fine, only through the citrix receiver, workspace app it throws the above erro recently.
It was working a week before , could you please suggest.
Regards
Anwar Shamim
This usually means a problem with the Internal Beacon. Make sure it’s reachable from the inside but not from the outside.
You can also enable Receiver logging to determine the problem.
Hi Carl,
Yep you were right in the Internal beacon “Specify beacon address” was enabled and we unchecked it and enabled the “use the service url” option and it worked.
Thank you for you quick help, much appreciated.
